
What is Metabolic Workout?

High-intensity workouts designed to raise your metabolic rate, efficiently consuming more calories, oxidizing fat, improving your cardiovascular endurance, and developing strength and muscle tone. It is an intense, complete training, where I take you to break your limits under a scheme that I know works because it is based on numbers, I am methodical and I apply it to the classes, times and objectives. Metabolic will help you understand that your body does not define you, YOU define your body and to know that when you put your mind to it you are much stronger than you think; because physical strength begins with willpower!

I am Jhoana Quirarte, professional dancer, Head Coach and mother of two children, I love challenges, I am intense, passionate, a perfectionist and a lover of exercise. I studied Accounting, however my passion led me to study two more careers. Dramatic art and performing dancer in contemporary dance. Intense as I am, I have pushed my body to the limit in different ways, which caused me to make many mistakes, but also have great matches. One of them was after running my first half marathon, I injured a knee, a situation that forced me to experiment with new ways of training. In that search, I did my first certification in the Fitness world and there I discovered a new passion in me, from So I have not stopped preparing myself and seeking to merge my two loves, dance and Fitness. This is what I do: To help other people discover what their body and mind are capable of, to transform and reinvent themselves through exercise, connection with themselves and learning to listen, love and care for their body
