METABOLICWORKOUT
Workouts focused on raising your metabolic rate to consume more calories, oxidize fat and improve your cardiovascular endurance. We work mostly with your body weight, but also with some other elements to generate resistance. Excellent for losing weight, developing strength, endurance and speed.

Class focused on working strength, developing your muscles and defining them. It is combined with specific times of cardio and resistance to transform your body. In this class we work in addition to body weight, added weights.
STRONG

Class whose objective is to develop resistance strength, is supported by disciplines such as dance and pilates to align, strengthen and tone your muscles to the rhythm of music; It is an intense class and it will serve as the basis for other training.

In this class you develop flexibility and mobility, in the style of Metabolic Workout; It means that you will not lose focus on cardio work but you will also take your muscles, ligaments and joints to wider ranges of motion that will allow you to better perform any other discipline or activity of daily life.
